African Drumming For Adults with Learning Disabilities
Details: A two hour session with tuition all drums and percussion instruments provided.
Where: Held at Bishopstoke Day Services, Church Road, Bishopstoke SO50 6DR
When: Friday 10.00-12.00, once a month, usually 3rd Friday of the month please phone to confirm.
Cost: £8.00 (support worker -no fee).

DICE (Drop In Centre Eastleigh)
Details: A drop in centre for adults with disabilities held weekly in Eastleigh, table top activities, games, social events organised, art activities provided by local artist, chance to meet ,make friends and socialise.
Where: Wells Place, Eastleigh.
When: Mondays (not Bank Holidays)10.30-3.00pm, drop in or stay all day.
Cost: £1.00 for morning or afternoon, £2.00 all day includes tea/coffee.

Chill Out Club
Details: A social group for adults with learning disabilities held Monday evenings in a local pub.
Where: The Litten Tree Pub, Market street Eastleigh
When: Monday evenings 7.00-9.00pm there are two groups so each meet on alternate Mon eves.
Cost: The cost of a drink at the bar!
