Hampshire Adult Services would like to invite you to the Hampshire Carers Conference
When: Monday 4 October 2010, 9.30am to 3pm

The purpose of the event is to provide carers with information about a range of services and activities that are available in Hampshire to support people who provide unpaid care to others and also to provide an opportunity for carers to meet up with each other.
Travel expenses and alternative care costs for the day will be supported.
