What is Care choice?
Care choice aims to help you find the information you need to make your own care choices and to live as independently as possible. The Care choice website offers online assessment tools to guide you to advice and aides which may help with daily living, and also find out what help you might be entitle to. The information pages enable you to search for care homes, or find out about services, groups and recreational activities in your area.
Through close consultation with service users, staff and partners, Hampshire County Council Adult Services has developed the Care choice website, whichis hoped provides better information for Hampshire residents, and ensures you have the tools you need to assess and plan your care, or the care of a family member or friend.
